Re: Philips Hue Bridge Connection Issues
Possibly your router is putting the wifi in a separate network/VLAN? Are all three lights on on the bridge? It could be something with the way the wifi is configured. Or you could try plugging the computer into the same router with ethernet, at least just to see if the button works.... I just notice...

Re: Philips Hue Bridge Connection Issues
It is repeatedly trying to get the key from that IP until it sees when the button is pressed and then gets the key. It is some kind of network issue. Is your computer on the same VLAN?

Re: Crash after connecting to Hue Bridge
I think it is the hue smart plug. I didn’t even know hue made smart plugs. If you take that off the bridge, everything else should add correctly.

Re: Crash after connecting to Hue Bridge
What types of hue bulbs are on your bridge? It is trying to add all types of devices that you have on the bridge to the device list. I thought that all of hue was covered, but there is some device on your bridge that must be crashing it.

Re: Wemo Dimmer Switch Configuration
This app is current configured to control wemo on/off switches. A dimmer configuration has not been implemented for wemo and will not work at this time.

Re: Belkin Wemo Maker
I have not tired it, but it should work if the maker is setup in toggle mode. The code checks for Belkin MAC addresses and tries to add any that it finds (or IP can be manually entered). It then uses an XML Soap request to change the on/off state or poll the status. All of the Wemo switches that hav...

Re: Some devices stopped working
Steve, I implemented your request for scenes in the menubar already. You may just need to update from the app store / adjust the slider at the bottom of the menubar control (there is a new option)

Re: Some devices stopped working
Ensure that the wemo is on the same LAN. Try setting the router DHCP reservations for your wemo devices. Is there anything unusual about your network? Are you using multiple subnets? Check your connected clients on your router. Can you see your wemo devices here? What happens if you try to add the w...

Re: Scene Control
I made this update. Version 1.24 is currently waiting for review. It will probably be available tomorrow. There is a new slider option in the menubar to control scenes. I actually am in the process of moving to a new home, so I'm not fully set up to test everything, which is why I had delayed initia...

Re: Some devices stopped working
If WeMo and the port changed, it should find the new port when the device is toggled. If the device has received a new IP address from the router, you would need to add it again. Strange that this happened to 3 devices at the same time, though. For my WeMo devices, I have them set with DHCP reservat...

Re: Scene Control
I would need to add an option to put scenes there in the menubar control. I don't have time to write this immediately, but will look look into it in a couple weeks from now. The scene timers are stored in the app. But they should work, even if your computer is scheduled for sleep. A manually forced ...
Re: ZigBee
You can request a refund through Apple if it doesn't work for you. If your lamp is not from a supported brand, it probably will not work. If it's a Philips Hue lamp, there should be no issues.
